🔗 HOW THEY WORK TOGETHER

• The Owner connects the business to MD Banking from its dashboard, and the business pays from its own business account

• Invoices from MD Business are MD Banking bills: the customer pays them in the Banking app, and the invoice is marked paid in MD Business

• Payroll runs on a schedule, even when nobody is online. An owner of the account approves it once in the Banking app, with a cap per payment and per day, and can end it at any time.

• Spending is checked in both apps: the Owner, and Managers with the money permission in MD Business and transfer rights in MD Banking

🏦 MD BANKING

• Personal, business and society accounts at Fleeca, Maze Bank and Pacific Standard

• Transfers, payment requests, bills, standing orders and monthly statements

• Bank cards and PINs: none, card, PIN, or card and PIN

• Replace your old bank on Qbox and QBCore: accounts and history imported from Renewed-Banking, qb-banking or qb-management

• Double-entry ledger: money never duplicates, and nothing is lost on a crash

💼 MD BUSINESS

• Any player creates a business in seconds

• Invitations by State ID, with Owner, Manager and Employee roles and permissions

• Team messages and pinned announcements

• Dashboard: balance, income and expenses, open invoices and payroll status

⚙️ EASY SETUP

1. Put md_banking and md_business in your resources folder

2. Add ensure md_banking, then ensure md_business, to your server.cfg

3. Start the server. The tables are created on the first start: no SQL files to import.

4. Open the phone: the Banking and Business apps are ready.

📋 REQUIREMENTS

• oxmysql and ox_lib

• Qbox, QBCore or ESX

• MariaDB 10.2.1+ or MySQL 8.0.16+

• OneSync

• LB Phone or SD Phone (the Business app needs a phone; bank branches and ATMs work without one)

• Society money: Renewed-Banking (Qbox), qb-banking or qb-management (QBCore), esx_addonaccount + esx_society (ESX). Not needed in replace mode.

Optional: ox_target, ox_inventory or qb-inventory (bank card items and printed statements)

• Encrypted: protected by Cfx.re Asset Escrow, config files open

• Open source: every file open, plus the React + TypeScript source of both app interfaces
